Our Nationally Certified Process used on decks,docks,piers,fences,and playsets include:

• Thorough Pressure cleaning of gray, mold, mildew and dirt
• Removing of old sealer/stain
• Applying wood brightener to bring out the natural brightness of wood
• Securing nails and adding nails where necessary
• Applying a high quality, true penetrating oil stain and water sealer to prevent graying, mold, mildew, warping and cracking of wood.
• At your option, follow that up with an Annual Maintenance deck  preservation at 1/2 of original cost. Annual Maintenance consists of  a pressure wash using a mildewcide and degreaser, let wood dry, then follow up with a fresh coat of our Ready Seal deck sealer and stain.
